Berry cake without flour, sugar, butter

I am usually rather conservative when baking, but the other day I ended up with too many beans and wondered what else I could make out of them. When googling it, I came across several recipes that use them as the base of cakes, instead of flour. I was immediately interested, sweet tooth as I am, and decided to give it a go! Black currants were just in season in the garden, so this is what I came up with (blend of several recipes plus some ingredients I thought would work well):

Ingredients:

300g white beans (soaked over night and cooked afterwards)
200g berries or other fruit
3Table spoons grated almonds
1TS coconut butter
1 ripe banana
3TS raisins or dates (or more if you like it sweeter)
3 eggs
skin of one lemon
juice of half a lemon

Blend everything except the fruits, then add fruits and bake at 180 for 45min.

Result was a decent cake, definitely not the tastiest cake I have ever made, but without a doubt the healthiest and a great way to eat beans!!!
